Open Data

“Open Data” means providing data collected by governments, organisations or corporations to everyone. A lot of German cities have already adapted this transparent way of processing data and many more will do so in the future. To name an example, the City Augsburg has provided data for everyone at https://statistikinteraktiv.augsburg.de/Interaktiv/. Usually the provided data is machine readable, uncurated and doesn’t have any license restrictions.
